If you would like to make a complaint, please email us at dpo@firebirdltd.co.uk describing your concern and the outcome you would like to see following this. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and will respond without undue delay.

If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at  www.ico.org.uk/concerns  You can also pursue your complaint through the courts.
